Individual therapy
Many of the people I work with are used to being capable, responsible, and the person others can count on. They’re professionals, parents, students, and leaders who are often pretty good at solving problems and pushing through when things get hard. From the outside, things may look like they’re going well. But internally, they might be dealing with burnout, anxiety, grief, self-criticism, or a feeling that something is missing or just doesn’t quite feel right.
Some areas I commonly work with:
Anxiety, worry & overthinking
Chronic or high stress
Life transitions
Relationship challenges
Career & work-related concerns
Identity questions & personal growth
Feeling stuck or uncertain about the future
Perfectionism
Self-esteem & confidence
Complicated family relationships
Adult children of emotionally immature parents
Your partner struggles with mental health or substance use
Questioning career path / ambivalence about your profession

Who do you work with?
I often work with thoughtful, capable, and motivated adults who have spent a lot of time trying to understand themselves and their lives, but still feel stuck in certain patterns.
You might be someone who is used to figuring things out on your own, performs well in many areas of life, or has even tried therapy before but left feeling like you were talking about your problems without really getting anywhere. You may be navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, a major life transition, work-related stress, or simply a sense that something needs to change.
I also work with couples who want to better understand their patterns, improve communication, reconnect, or navigate a difficult season in their relationship. My couples work includes partners in their 20s through 50s, including parents as well as couples who have intentionally chosen not to have children.
Whether you’re working through a specific challenge or simply want to better understand yourself and create meaningful change, therapy can be a place to gain clarity and reconnect with what matters most.
